BAAMfest! features more than 200 performances of music spanning all genres, comedy, arts and dance across 21 venues throughout the City of Birmingham. This year’s venues are: Alys Stephens Center, Barking Kudu, Birmingham Museum of Art, B.O.S.S. Ultra Lounge, Bottletree, Metro Bar, Pale Eddie’s Pour House, Parkside, Bottletree, Rojo, Rogue Tavern, Speakeasy, Steel, Stillwater, The Nick, Wine Loft, WorkPlay and Zydeco.

Thunder on the Mountain 2011

What are your plans for Monday July 4th? If you need some help deciding where to go you should know that as always, this fourth of July Birmingham’s traditional fireworks show will once again light up the skies to honor America’s birthday. Monday at 9 p.m. the show will begin and last approximately 20 minutes. This is free to the public and a great family event to attend. To ensure the best viewing experience, make sure you have a clear view of Vulcan!
