First Annual Barking at the Moon Festival and Parade. Dog Pageant, parade and costume contests for for dogs and kids. Dog activities and vendors! Vendor Inquiries only: 205-370-1677. Here is our program line up for Barking at the Moon Festival-

12:50 pm Line Up dogs, children and parade around the track of the Children’s Park to open the Barking at the Moon Festival.

1:30-2:20 pm Dog Pageant and Costume Contest $5 per dog to enter dog costume contest. All dog contestants must be registered by 1:00 pm to participate in the pageant and contest. Ribbons given to winners; We will crown the king and queen dogs of the pageant!

2:30 pm Clog Wild Cloggers

3:15- 4:45 – Blues Singer Travis Bowlin and Donita Newman perform

We will be awarding prizes in our pageant for:

Most Beautiful Dog large and small
Most Challenged Dog large and small
Best costume

We may even crown a king dog and queen dog – for our event!

Entry is $5 per dog – proceeds benefit the Fultondale Bark Park.

We ask that you please make sure your dog(s) are up-to-date on vaccinations before entering the contests.
